Invoices → marketplace payout → bank deposit, matched automatically across StubHub, Vivid, SeatGeek, TickPick, Gametime, GoTickets and TicketNetwork. Short payments and missing deposits surface the day they happen, not at tax time.
Order emails become purchase orders
Ticketmaster, AXS, parking platforms, team box offices — the confirmation email lands in a collector inbox and TicketLedgers turns it into a PO with cost, seats, delivery type and the pass attached. Card charges match to POs on their own.
Denied-entry claims, fought with evidence
A claim email opens a case with the deadline and a checklist of exactly what that marketplace wants. Proof of purchase, transfer and acceptance attach automatically; the reply is drafted in the shape that wins.

Season plans, wallets, marketplace fees, chargebacks and card spend all land in one ledger. QuickBooks sync and a tax package when you need them. An exception queue where nothing is silently written off.
