TicketLedgers End-User License Agreement

TicketLedgers is licensed, not sold, by Solstice Software LLC ("Solstice") to business clients under individual service agreements. By accessing TicketLedgers you agree to the following terms, which supplement any written agreement between your business and Solstice.

License

Solstice grants your business a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TicketLedgers for its internal bookkeeping and reconciliation. Access is limited to users authorized by your business. The software, including its design, integrations, and methods, remains the property of Solstice Software LLC.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or provide third parties access to the software, and to connect only accounts and data sources your business is authorized to use.

Data and outputs

Your business data remains yours. Reports and summaries produced by the software are provided for your business's use. Accounting entries are posted only after review and approval by an authorized user; responsibility for filed financial statements and tax returns remains with your business and its professional advisors.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solstice's liability related to the software is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding three months.
