TicketLedgers, a product of Solstice Software LLC, is back-office accounting software for ticket brokers. It reconciles marketplace sales, payouts, fees, and bank activity into audit-ready records.
With each customer's explicit authorization, we collect business records needed for bookkeeping and reconciliation: point-of-sale data (purchases, inventory, sales invoices) from systems the customer connects, such as Skybox; bank and credit-card transaction data retrieved through Plaid, our banking-data provider; and payment remittance information from ticket marketplaces. We also collect account information for the people the customer authorizes to log in (name, email address).
Bank and card connections are made through Plaid. You authenticate directly with your financial institution inside Plaid's interface — your banking credentials are never seen, transmitted, or stored by TicketLedgers. Access is read-only: we can retrieve transaction history and balances, and we cannot move money, initiate payments, or change anything at your bank. You can revoke access at any time.
You may connect a Gmail mailbox to TicketLedgers to send marketplace dispute responses from it. This uses Google's OAuth consent screen and requests only the gmail.send permission: TicketLedgers can send messages you explicitly compose and approve inside the app, and cannot read, search, delete, or otherwise access your mail. We store the encrypted authorization token and a copy of each message you send through the app (so your case history is complete); we do not store your Google password. TicketLedgers' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect a mailbox from TicketLedgers at any time, or revoke access from your Google Account's security settings.
Data is used solely to provide the service to the customer it belongs to: matching transactions, reconciling payouts, producing financial reports and exports. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use one customer's data for any other customer's benefit.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and data is encrypted at rest by our database provider. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes. Access requires an invited, authenticated account. Connection credentials for data providers are held server-side and never exposed to browsers.
Financial records are retained while a customer's account is active, since bookkeeping depends on history. On request, a customer's data — including bank connections — is deleted, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
